Constructora Urteaga SAC is a legal company that has 35 collaborators distributed in the Administrative and operative area, dedicated to the construction industry, rental service of heavy machinery, earthmoving and maintenance of roads, nationwide. Currently, the project is developing the access and construction of platforms, roads and auxiliaries for drilling of oil wells of the project Lot-X of the refinery of Talara; In which is counted with the activities of loading with excavator, thust with tractor on caterpillars, loading with frontal loader, carry with tippers of 15, profiled with grader; Work cycles that were the subject of the study. This study analyses the production of Urteaga construction equipment in the land movement operations of the Talara Piura refinery project. To this end, the performance manuals of each team and the actual production records were referenced in the Talara Piura refinery project. In the research the actual production obtained with the production given by the manufacturer was compared, identifying adverse factors characteristic of a project of this magnitude such as: bad weather, mechanical failures, etc. From this comparison, it has been determined that the actual yields are lower than those indicated by the manufacturer. In this way this information will be able to face a work of estimation of yields for earthworks, in addition to facing these problems in an efficient and easy to manage way, finally obtaining to model the most representative cases. Concluding that it will be a great tool for those engineers who start in the area of construction involving large land movements. KEYWORDS: equipment production, earthmoving.
