The shared value concept is relatively new, this is one of the factors why many Colombian companies have not implemented it or if they have done they do not do it aware. For this reason, the purpose of this research was to perform a diagnosis of the use of shared value on the management in leading companies of the aerial-commercial sector in Colombia. To determine this diagnosis, official documents, management reports and sustainability reports were used. In addition, a survey was used as a measurement tool that was applied to each of the companies consulted. The nature of this research had a non-experimental qualitative approach, since it inquired about existing and real information. In turn, it was transectional with a descriptive scope, which is based on the behavior of the study variable. The data obtained from the research were quantifiable and qualifiable. From the information collected, it was identified that the companies in the aerial-commercial sector have been implementing activities since 2011 that generate shared value. These include the inclusion of reduction targets for water, paper, energy, greenhouse gas emissions, fuel savings and adequate resource management. This in order to make each of its companies more profitable, favoring its stakeholders, as well as contributing to society by economizing the exhaustible natural resources
