Relación entre conocimiento y actitud hacia el embarazo adolescente en estudiantes de la Institución Educativa 2088 – San Martin de Porres, Lima 2022

Abstract

El embarazo adolescente es considerado como problemática social a nivel mundial, donde se ven afectados en su mayoría, las personas de bajos estratos económicos, aquellos provenientes de zonas rurales y quienes tienen instrucción académica baja; trayendo como consecuencias pérdidas económicas en sus familias y por ende al País. El objetivo de la investigación es “Establecer la relación entre el conocimiento y actitud hacia el embarazo adolescente en estudiantes de la Institución educativa 2088 – San Martin de Porres, Lima. 2022”. De enfoque cuantitativo, observacional, analítico, prospectivo, transversal y correlacional, muestra de 208 estudiantes del nivel secundario de la I. E. 2088. Técnica de la encuesta con dos instrumentos. Análisis de datos con programa SPSS. Los resultados, el 80,8% de los encuestados tienen nivel de conocimiento alto sobre embarazo adolescente, 19,2% conocimiento de nivel medio. El 61,1% tiene actitud favorable hacia el embarazo adolescente y el 38,9% actitud poco favorable. El valor de p de la prueba Chi cuadrado fue (p=0,00) menor que 0.05%, se rechaza la hipótesis nula y se acepta la alternativa. Se concluye que existe relación significativa entre el Conocimiento y Actitud hacia el embarazo adolescente en estudiantes de la I. E. República Federal de Alemania 2088, SMP 2022.

Teenage pregnancy is considered a social problem worldwide, where most of those affected are people from low economic strata, those from rural areas and those who have low academic education, bringing as consequences economic losses in their families and therefore to the country. The objective of the research is "To establish the relationship between knowledge and attitude towards teenage pregnancy in students of the Educational Institution 2088 - San Martin de Porres, Lima. 2022". Quantitative, observational, analytical, prospective, cross-sectional and correlational approach, sample of 208 students of the secondary level of I. E. 2088. Survey technique with two instruments. Data analysis with SPSS program. The results, 80.8% of respondents have a high level of knowledge about adolescent pregnancy, 19.2% medium level knowledge. 61.1% have a favorable attitude towards adolescent pregnancy and 38.9% have an unfavorable attitude. The p value of the Chi-square test was (p=0.00) less than 0.05%, the null hypothesis is rejected and the alternative is accepted. It is concluded that there is a significant relationship between Knowledge and Attitude towards teenage pregnancy in students of the I. E. Federal Republic of Germany 2088, SMP 2022.
