This study was justified based on the lack of speed in the civil judicial processes of our administration of justice, specifically in the alimony processes; Therefore, the objective of the current investigation is to determine how artificial intelligence is used as a tool to promote the speed of civil judicial processes in food matters. Likewise, in Chapter 3 referring to the results, it is possible to prove and highlight that the implementation of Artificial Intelligence is very feasible as an expert system of support and help for legal operators in civil judicial processes included in food matters, based on to the interviews and documentary analysis carried out in a timely manner. The limitations found would be those related to the scarce information regarding national regulations, since there is still no regulation on this topic and in contrast to this, the favorableness of Comparative Law to contrast it with other countries where artificial intelligence is already regulated. and everything related to its launch or implementation in its judicial system. In conclusion, Law is dynamic and must use what emerging technologies offer as a tool to improve the administration of justice, without losing human nature in judicial decisions and use it as a tool to assist legal operators.
