This academic text deals with educative materials for non-scholar zed Programs for Pre Scholar Education, in rural and suburban zones for children between three to five years old. In the development of the subject, the services, their organization and the characteristics of those who teach and the role of the organized community are described. These programs give the population opportunities for social mobility in their own tongue and culture. The authors who write about educating materials use to call them as instruments, helps, resources or channels. Which carry messages during the process of teaching- learning in developing of abilities, knowledge, attitudes or rules for behavior. Those materials are used by children to get different kinds of experiences. They stimulate children´s personality development. These materials we find everywhere: in the classroom, in the yard, streets, country, etc. to generate knowledge, to consolidate them, etc. We use to classify them according their functions. They are used for individual or group works. Always being carefully for non-alienating experiences, but to develop critical sense. Those who work with children – teachers, coordinators, promotors must be conveniently instructed to lead the work according regulation rules and manuals.
