The objective of this research is to establish the relationship between eating habits and sleep quality with the body composition of police officers aged 25 to 50 years. The study is descriptive, correlational, non-experimental cross-sectional. Simple random probabilistic sampling was used, made up of 154 male police officers, meeting the inclusion criteria. Data was collected through the Pittsburgh Eating Habits, Sleep Quality and Anthropometric Data Questionnaire, the first being validated by expert judgment and Cronbach's Alpha statistical analysis. For the statistical analysis, the normality of the data was determined with the Shapiro-Wilk test and the relationship between the variables with Fisher's exact test. Results: Inadequate eating habits (70%), a high difficulty sleeping (64%) and a relative fat mass with the classification of obesity (69%) with an average muscle area (88%). It was concluded that there is a significant relationship between the variables, with the value of p=0.000. The type of relationship that the variables present was determined, that with inadequate eating habits there is a greater difficulty in sleeping with an increase in fat mass in police officers, being a risk factor for developing diseases.
