The development of the present thesis, will be held in Residential Sun district and province of Trujillo, La Libertad department in 2018, the actors involved are the residents of covidunt urbanization; The purpose of the research is to propose an analysis and structural design and electrical installations in Residencial el Sol; In order to achieve the proposed objective, the topographic survey of the land, the study of soil mechanics, architecture, structuring, pre-dimensioning, seismic analysis and design of structural elements, design of electrical installations had to be carried out; thus the so-called Residential the Sun has a safe, functional and economic design. with environments that provide accommodation, comfort and development to the population; the research was conducted in compliance with the requirements of the E.020 Standards: (Loads), E.030 (Seismic Design), E.050 (Soils and Foundations) and E.060 (Reinforced Concrete), EM Standard. 0.10 (Indoor Electrical Installations) CNE (National Electricity Code) UNE12464.1 (European Interior Lighting Standard); the research that was carried out is of a non-experimental type of descriptive transversal design, the population was all the structural elements of Residencial el Sol, the sample and unit of study was the design of each structural element of Residencial el Sol, the technique used was the observation and the instrument the observation guide, the method that was used was the descriptive statistics and the instrument statistical graphs; Land type S2 (With a permissible load of 1.72 Kg / cm2). The response of maximum displacements in the X-X direction is 1.301cm and the Y-Y direction is equal to 1.284cm. The maximum drift of mezzanine in the X-X direction is 0.007, in the Y-Y direction 0.007 which are within the limits for lateral displacement of mezzanine. The maximum demand to request to Hidrandina S.A. is 10.96 kw classifying as a three-phase system with a tripolar ITM of 40.00 amperes With conductor section of 10mm2 with a voltage drop of 0.13% which are within the allowable.
