The present professional sufficiency work project has been carried out in the La Esperanza District between Avs. Egipto and Mateo de Toro Zambrano with streets Salvador and Micaela Bastidas - Trujillo, the main objective was to design a technical - economic proposal for a new sewerage network contributing to the decrease in the incidence of cases of gastrointestinal, parasitic and dermal diseases of the population, also contributing to the improvement of the living conditions of the population and the improvement against environmental pollution, due to improper infrastructure. To develop the design of the following project we have based mainly on the National Regulation of Peruvian Buildings (RNE). For the analysis of the current situation of the existing network, field visits were carried out followed by a Topographic Survey, taking the necessary measures for the data collection to be able to perform the contour lines and profiles to be able to corroborate if the traction force is the one required to determine the analysis and design of network services. The results of the verification of the tractive force were positive, the problem being the structures of the existing system due to the useful life time, in accordance with this the design of the new sanitary sewer network for the aforementioned population was calculated, then made an economic proposal of the new network, which will be constituted with supply and installation of 1,660.42 ml of PVC pipe SN4 UF DN200 mm. (8 "), Supply and installation of 1246.72 ml of PVC pipe SN4 UF DN250 mm. (10 "), Construction of 51 concrete mailboxes, Installation of 341 residential connections with PVC pipe DN 160mm SN4 type UF (2593.60 ml), the installation slope will be minimum of 8 m / km., The technique used was the observation, and of instrument the observation guide, the method used is descriptive statistics.
