Desempeño del área de logística y su relación con la eficiencia de gestión en el Hospital Regional de Loreto 2021

Abstract

In the Regional Hospital of Loreto, there is a problem to improve in the area of Logistics of purchases, and this can be related to the efficiency of the organizational management of the Hospital, for this reason the present investigation entitled "Performance of the area of logistics and its relationship with the management efficiency in the regional hospital of Loreto, 2021”, which had as general objective to determine the relationship between the performance of the Logistics area and the organizational management efficiency of the Regional Hospital of Loreto. This research then applies the non-experimental design, and is of the correlational type, in which the study population is made up of all the care and administrative workers who have the Loreto Regional Hospital; which a census-type sample of 70 workers was obtained. In the results, a significant correlation of 656 between the variables could be evidenced, where the p value = 0.000 is less than the significance level (0.05), then the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Hi) is accepted, therefore, it is concluded that: "The performance of the logistics area has a direct and relatively high relationship in the management efficiency of the Loreto Regional Hospital, during the 2021 period.

En el Hospital Regional de Loreto, existe una problemática para mejorar en el área de Logística de compras, y esta se puede relacionar con la eficiencia de la gestión organizacional del Hospital, por ello se desarrolló la presente investigación titulada “Desempeño del área de logística y su relación con la eficiencia de gestión en el hospital regional de Loreto, 2021”, el cual tuvo como objetivo general determinar la relación entre el desempeño del área de Logística y la eficiencia de gestión organizacional del Hospital Regional de Loreto. Esta investigación aplica entonces el diseño no experimental, y es de tipo correlacional, en la que la población de estudio está constituida, por todos los trabajadores asistenciales y administrativos, que tienen el Hospital Regional de Loreto; el cual se obtuvo una muestra de tipo censal de 70 trabajadores. En los resultados se pudo evidenciar una correlación significativa de 656 entre las variables, donde el p valor = 0.000 es menor que el nivel de significancia (0.05), entonces se rechaza la hipótesis nula (Ho) y se acepta la hipótesis alternativa (Hi), por lo tanto, se concluye que: “El desempeño del área de logística tiene una relación directa y relativamente alta en la eficiencia de gestión del Hospital Regional de Loreto, durante el periodo 2021.
