Consumer markets in the world present new trends such as diet care and concern for healthy food, food without additives or preservatives, free of pesticides. All this impacts on higher volumes of consumption and new types of products. In this group of products are those referred to beekeeping, particularly those made with honey. This is a raw material on which can be made various products, from those that are located in the food to those that satisfy the need for beauty. It is necessary to study these markets to define the supply that can be produced from Loreto, region of Peru. This region needs sustainable productive sectors to revive its economy. Sustainability is understood as the non-depredation of forests, non-environmental pollution and respect for communities located in the areas where the products are extracted. The offer defines the sales prices with which the products will be marketed. One of the pricing strategies is referred to cost plus a profit margin which varies depending on the business objectives and constraints offered by the competition. The present research makes a study of the conditions of the global environment that impact the costs of bee honey as an input to be sold to the next stage of the value chain, the industry. The results point us to a growing world market, both in export and consumption; Without compromise, in Peru there is little production, motivated by external and internal factors to the companies.
