Desempeño laboral en los colaboradores administrativos de la municipalidad del Tigre - Loreto, 2021

Abstract

The general objective of the research was to determine the level of job performance of the administrative collaborators of the District Municipality of Tigre - Loreto, 2021; this being a descriptive-quantitative study and non-experimental cross-sectional design, for which a sample has been taken, it will be the 30 administrative collaborators of the District Municipality of Tigre. For the data collection, the survey technique was used and as an instrument a questionnaire was applied to the administrative collaborators of the District Municipality of Tigre, to evaluate the variable with its indicators, for this, the data obtained were organized and processed, the same that facilitated the evaluation of the results by statistical methods; As a final result, it is concluded The level of work performance is positive of the administrative collaborators of the District Municipality of Tigre - Loreto, 2021

La investigación tuvo como objetivo general: determinar el nivel de desempeño laboral de los colaboradores administrativos de la Municipalidad Distrital del Tigre – Loreto; siendo esta un estudio de tipo descriptivo – cuantitativo y diseño no experimental de corte transversal para la cual se ha tomado muestra de muestra será los 30 colaboradores administrativos de la Municipalidad Distrital del Tigre. Para la recolección de datos, se utilizó la técnica de encuetas y como instrumento se aplicó un cuestionario dirigido a los colaboradores administrativos de la Municipalidad distrital del Tigre, para evaluar la variable con sus indicadores, para ello, se organizaron y procesaron los datos obtenidos, los mismos que facilitaron la evaluación de los resultados por métodos estadísticos; como resultado final se concluye El nivel de desempeño laboral es positivo de los colaboradores administrativos de la Municipalidad Distrital del Tigre - Loreto, 2021
