This paper deals with the development and implementation of a system to register and track projects thesis research to address of The Faculty of Engineering and Computer Systems (FISI) - National University of the Peruvian Amazon (UNAP). The Faculty of Engineering and Computer Systems (FISI), is a component of the National University of the Peruvian Amazon (UNAP) established for humanistic and comprehensive training with quality and excellence in the field of Systems and Computer Engineering with emphasis on social to contribute to sustainable development of the Amazon and the world. The Research of physical UNAP carries out research in science and technology and international projection powers or regional, national and international. Coordinates its actions with the Federal Bureau ofInvestigation. The aim is to develop a system of recording and tracking Web of thesis projects this as a solution to the need of the user who needs to see details of the thesis topies that are in the process, those who are developing, what stage of the process located, how long it takes to complete its draft, if missing or jury consultant, among others. For the development process was used RUP (Rational Unified Process), based modeling language notation Unifed Modeling Language (UML) based on modeling software Rational Rose 2007. To implement the system was used. NET 2010 as development platform e # as programming language support manager database SQLSERVER 2008. The scope includes the anaIysis, design and implementation of the information system, aecording to the development of the project had the following achievements. It generates a discussion on problem solving using the evaluation indicators of achievements that hiso, controlling at different time, by instrument Stopwatch, about 5 times, the first time is the average ofthe available themes consultations which fell from 44" seconds (non-system) only 62" seconds (system), ie 85.91% reduced the time it used to query topics are available, the second is the query time the thesis students who are doing their thesis project which indicates that decreased from 56" seconds (non-system) to" just 5.8 seconds (with the system), ie has decreased 89.64% ofthe time used to query the third is the average time to generate a report which was reduced from 52.4" seconds (non-systern) to" just 5.8 seconds (with the system) ie has decrcascd 88.93% óf the tiñi6 titlét'ifitó generate the reporte, A t the end oí the work ia satisfactory aehíevemenrs have been related to the objectives.
