The aim of the study was to establish the relationship between knowledge level of biosecurity measures and procedural attitude of students at Stomatology Clinic of the Faculty of Dentistry of the National University of the Peruvian Amazon in the second Semester of 2014. The research design was not experimental traversal correlational. A test of 22 questions on biosecurity to 67 students at Stomatology Clinic of the Faculty of Dentistry of the National University of the Peruvian Amazon in the second Semester of 2014 was performed and were observed anonymously to evaluate the procedural attitude during their clinic works. The level of knowledge and attitude was classified as Good, Regular and Bad. Descriptive statistics were used in univariate analysis using frequencies and percentages, and the Spearman bivariate correlation (rs) to derive the relationship between the level of knowledge and level of procedural approach was used. It was found that 88% of students had a regular level knowledge and 52.2% had a regular procedural level attitude. A statistically significant relationship between the level of knowledge about biosecurity measures and procedural attitude of students at Stomatology Clinic of the Faculty of Dentistry of UNAP was determined.
