The objective was evaluate the in vitro antibacterial activity of the vegetable combinations of Morinda citrifolia L (noni), Physalis angulata L (mullaca pouch) and Lupinus mutabilis sweet (tarwi or chocho) against Escherichia coli, Enterococcus faecalis and Staphylococcus aureus. The antibacterial activity was determined by the disk diffusion method (Kirby-Bauer) and dilution in broth (macrodilution) against strains Escherichia coli, Enterococcus faecalis and Staphylococcus aureus; Two combinations were evaluated: a) Extraction of the fruit of Morinda citrifolia L + juice of the fruit of Physalis angulata L, b) Aqueous extract of Physalis angullata L (whole plant) + Lupinus mutabilis Sweet (seed). Both combinations showed no antibacterial activity by any of the methods "disk diffusion" and "dilution in broth" against Staphylococcus aureus, Enterococcus faecalis Escherichia coli. To be exposed to different concentrations of 500, 600, 700, 800, 900 and 1000 mg / mL. It is concluded that the combinations of aqueous extracts do not exhibit antibacterial activity.
