The research was developed in the facilities of the Teaching and Research workshop of horticultural plants of the Faculty of Agronomy UNAP, Zungaro Cocha, south of Iquitos, with the objective of Determining the influence of organic fertilizers and Plastic mulches on Agronomic Characteristics and Yield in the Culture of Capsicum annuum L. "Sweet pepper". Regional variety. The completely randomized block design (DBCA) was used with a factorial arrangement with 8 treatments and 4 blocks, with a total of 32 micro-plots of 2.5 m². From the observations made, it is concluded that there was influence of the organic fertilizer and plastic mulch factors on the height of the plant, diameter and length of fruit and the weights of fruits in g / plot, Kg / plot and Kg / 6000 m2. Being the A2 B2 treatment (worm humus + black plastic padding) which occupied the first place in the ranking of merit with a production of 6660.30kg / 6000m². Likewise, there was an independent effect of Factor A2 (worm humus) on all the variables evaluated in this study, with the exception of the number of fallen fruits. Similarly, there was an independent effect of Factor B2 (Black plastic padding) on all variables evaluated in the study, with the exception of the number of fallen fruits. The effect of the AxB interaction (Organic fertilizer-plastic mulch) was only presented in the variables plant height, fruit length and fruit weight grams / plot.
