The research work was carried out in the project Vacunos of the Faculty of Agronomy located in the community of Zungarococha, of the National University of the Peruvian Amazon titled "Dose of ash in the production of Swinglea glutinosa seedlings for live fencing and its effect on the agronomic characteristics in Zungarococha, Peru ". The experimental units were constituted by groups of 25 bags of polyethylene of 1/4 kilo of capacity, the control substrate was pure vermicompost of worm, the other treatments combinations of vermicompost and ash contained in them the doses of ash according to treatments used in the experiment . The evaluations were made on the eighth week after sowing with botanical seeds, in plots of 1 m2 and a total area of 99 m2. We used a Random Complete Design (DCA), with five treatments and four repetitions, using the statistical package of SPSS 21, the treatments under study were: T0 (0 grams of ash + 250 grams vermicompost / seedling), T1 (10 grams of ash + 240 grams vermicompost / seedling), T2 (20 grams of ash + 230 grams of vermicompost / seedling), T3 (30 grams of ash + 220 grams of vermicompost / seedling) and T4 (40 grams of ash 210 grams of vermicompost / seedling), for the Agronomic Characteristics the one that occupied the best results was the T4 treatment in regard to plant height, 29.25 cm, in basal diameter of 0.39 cm, in root length of 21.90 cm and in number of leaves was obtained per floor of 16.50.
