The experiment was carried out in the University City UNAP in Zungarococha, Province of Maynas, District of San Juan Bautista, where water was used from the receiving lagoons contained in its solution wastewater from pig projects of the Faculty of Agronomy, proceeding to identify the sampling points (CR1-1 to CR2-7A), in both CR1 and CR2 receiving lagoons, for water sampling and subsequent physical, chemical and microbiological analysis, in relation to the Environmental Quality Stands (ECAs) for waters. It is concluded that the pH, CO2 and T ° C in the field, in the receiving lagoons are: pH 6.8; CR1 748.0 ppm and CR2 785.0 ppm of CO2, and 30.8 ° C on average, which have no differences with respect to the ECAs for water. In the case, both receiving oils and fats (CR1 17.0 mg / L and CR2 11.2 mg / L) exceed those of the ECA value in subcategory E1 Lakes and Lagoons 5.0 mg / L for water. Total Suspended Solids, show much higher values than the current ECA regulations for water in subcategory E1 Lakes and Lagoons in both receiving lagoons (CR1 151.5 and CR2 181.3 mg / L). Biochemical Oxygen Demand (BOD5) samples from both receiving bodies (CR1 91.5 and CR2 128.7 mg / L) exceed the ECA value for water. As total Coliforms, it indicates that in CR1 it gives a value of 1,600 NMP / 100 mL and CR2 16,000 NMP / 100 mL, which are higher than the ECA value for water. In the case of Thermotolerant Coliforms, the CR1 gives a value of 40 NMP / 100 mL being less than the value of the ECA for water and, the CR2 whose value 2 400 NMP / 100 mL exceeds the Water Quality Standard for water.
