In this research entitled "Analysis of the Benefits to Importation in the Department of Loreto according to the PECO and the Amazon Law 2013 - 2017", we are dedicated to analyzing the benefits to imports in the Department of Loreto to see how Significant are the PECO Benefits and Law 27037 for the Total Benefits, being the type of correlational research, we worked with a primary database provided by SUNAT-ADUANAS in which there are importing companies affiliated with the PECO and Law 27037, the population was made up of importing legal entities in the Department of Loreto who choose to benefit from import benefits, being 57 legal persons covered by the PECO and 132 legal persons under Law 27037. The construction of two models has been achieved, each one with Econometric estimation applying the Ordinary Least Squares method, shows how significant the PECO and Law 27037 benefits are with re Regarding Total Profit. Finally, after making our model, it has been determined that the Benefits of Law 27037 is more significant for the Total Benefits with a coefficient of -175131.1 compared to the PECO Benefit with a coefficient of -52248.
