The present work was developed in the Center of Investigation and Forest Teaching CIEFOR - Port Almond located on the right riverbank of the river Nanay. The initial growth of 350 obtained grafts of natural regeneration of the species of "Quillobordón" Aspidosperma marcgravianum woods was evaluated, using a total of 5.250 kg of triple superfosfato, distributed in different dose (5 gr, 10 gr, 15 gr, 20 gr, 25 gr and 30 gr for the 350 grafts) under nursery conditions and its initial behavior was observed in order to find the optimum dose in the grafts; the valued parameters were: height of the grafts, diameter of the grafts, vigor of the grafts, survival and additionally to these results the estimated cost of production of the grafts was determined. The simple experimental design was used at random, with seven (07) different treatments and three (03) repetitions; whose results underwent to the variance analysis (ANVA), which indicate significant differences don't exist among the treatments t1, t5, t3 and t0. The optimum dose of the triple superfosfato in the growth of the "Quillobordon" using triple superfosfato is of 5, 10 and 15 gr for plant, in the treatments; t1, t5, t3 and t0 since in this treatment the grafts had good growth in height, diameter, the survival to 100% in the treatments t1, t5, t3 and good vigor.
