There are many variables and factors that are used in the development or execution of a project, and even more when you have to manage and control several of these simultaneously, which is not easy if you do not have a tool or model based on principles or standards guide, which contributes to the success of management. In this Bibliographic work for obtaining title of Engineer and Computer Systems presents a study that was aimed information processes Monitoring, Control and Closure of the project, based on the PMBOK methodology (PMI) Project Management Institute. The Supervisory Control and Closure of software development projects main purpose is monitoring all system development activities being built. It is one of the most important tasks throughout product development, adequate control makes it possible to avoid deviations in cost and time, or at least detect them sooner. In order to exercise proper supervision, control and project closure is necessary for the Project Manager devote all time necessary to monitor the status of each of the tasks that are being developed, paying special attention to those who are suffering some delay. At the moment it detects any deviation must analyze the causes to make appropriate corrections and lost time. Processes Monitoring, Control and Closing a project conducted from the allocation of tasks to your internal acceptance by the project team prior to acceptance of the Customer. This work deals with the Supervisory Control and Closure various software development projects and proposes a method of how to run the activities achieving greater efficiency and effectiveness in the results. For the development of this work, information search and analysis of references theoretical bibliographies and practices for management and control of projects based on the methodology PMBOK PMI was performed, and then define Processes and Mechanisms for Monitoring, Control, Close and Quality Assurance required for each project; Schedules were analyzed immediately and Scope of All Projects, Media and Distribution Channels Information related projects within the organization were defined and the Risks and Process of Recruitment and / or Subcontracting in each project will be analyzed and finally a standard structure for the Management and Control for developing projects will be defined.
