This study was aimed to determine the most frequent pulp pathologies and endodontic and /or surgical treatments in patients between 19 and 59 years. The research was quantitative; the design is not experimental, correlational, cross. The study population consists of patients seen in dental consultories of The Regional Hospital of Loreto in the period from January to December of 2015, with pulpar diagnosis and comprising between the age of nineteen (19) to fifty nine (59) years. The sample consisted of two hundred and forty-eight (248) cases. The instrument used for the comparative study was the "Sheet data collection of pulpar diagnosis and treatment in patients of the Regional Hospital of Loreto". Among the most important findings are: the average age of the sample was 37.06 ± 11.68 years, the highest porcentage were females with 62.9%. The pulp pathology that had the greatest percentage was Necrosis Septic with 66.5%. The dental group most affected with pulp pathologies were the molars, the highest percentage in the First Superior Left Molar (2.6) with 12.5%; the most prevalent endodontic treatment was Pulpectomy with 23%, the 49.10% was diagnosed as Septic Necrosis, the 36.60% as acute Pulpitis and 12.30% as Pulpitis Chronicle. The most prevalent surgical treatment was Exodontia with 71.4%, the 77.40% were diagnosed as Septic Necrosis, the 14.70% as Acute Pulpitis, the 7.30% as Chronicle Pulpitis.
