This investigation had as objective to determine the relationship between psychology and familiars factors with academic performance in the students of educative programs of pre- grade of health science at UNAP, Iquitos 2017. This method was quantitative, design not experimental, transversal/ correlational. The objective town was conformed for the students of second, third and fourth level of the nursing faculties, odontology and medicine; that be a total of 462 students. The sample was constituted for 210 students. The sampling was not probabilistic, for convenience. For the data collection was applied the stress test, subscale SEMAP-01 (Academic motivation) and APGAR familiar. For the inferential analysis we used the parametric Chi square test. With a meaning level of p0.05 and trust level of 95%. Was demonstrate a statistically significant association between the level of stress and the academic performance (p = 0.014), motivation for study and the academic performance (p = 0.001), familiar functionality and the academic performance (p = 0.001), kind of family and the academic performance (p = 0.017); indicating that the hypotheses are accepted.
