In this investigation, we had as main goal of evaluating alelophatical activity and identify phenolics components of methanolic fraction from Miconia cazaletti (Melastomataceae) and Iryanthera ulei (Myristicaceae) leaves. Species were collected in Saint Jain Baptist district, Maynas, in Loreto Region, from the Botanic garden of Allpahuayo Investigation Center (AIC) of Peruvian Amazon Investigation Institute (IIAP), Located National Allpahuayo-Mishana Reserve. Fresh leaves of Miconia cazaletti and Iryanthera ulei were c1eaned,weighed, macerated in methanol to take them to rotavapor (extraet obtention) for storeing them to -20°C, away from the solar light. Fractions were get through out chromatography of thin cape getting eight fractions each species. Alelophatical activity of methanolics fractions were made according to Fujii (1990)l. The determination of total poliphenolics components through out spectrophotometer UV-Vis to 700 nm, was made according to J. Valls et alI. (2000i. Determination, identification and quantization of phenolic component by liquid chromatography of high efficacy (HPLC) reverse phase to 280 nnr'; and chromatography of fitted gases to spectrometer of mass/mass (GC-MSIMS). The getting results correspond to the inhibition percentage of fractions, looking alelophatical activity in fractions F2, F3 YF4 of Iryanthera ulei species, getting better activity with 83% the F3. Concentration oftotal poliphenolics was of26.96; 28,8; 24.56 g/lOOgofF2, F3, F4 respectively of Iryanthera ulei species. Determination of phenolics components by HPLC determined that in bill 5 correspond to chlorogenic acid, with a tRof 118.27 x 10-3 g/lOOg. The probable phenolics components found by GC-MSIMS are: Phenol, 2- methoxy-4-( l-propenyl)-, y Benzenepropanoic acid, 3,5-bis( 1,l-dimethyl)-4-hydroxy-, methylester.
