In the present investigation Antibacterial Activity of Ethanolic leaf hydroalcoholic Carica papaya (papaya), which were collected in the Community of Nina Rumi extract was determined. Macrodilution method was used at concentrations of 32, 16, 8, 4, 2, 1, 0,5 and 0,25 mg / mL, test for measuring the in vitro susceptibility of pathogens to determine the antibacterial activity. Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 25923 and Escherichia coli ATCC 25922 was used; as a positive control we used 10 μg gentamycin as a negative control and 0,9% saline. In analyzing the results we observed that ethanol hydroalcoholic extracts of leaves of Carica papaya (papaya) showed antibacterial activity at the concentrations. Ethanol extract showed the greatest antibacterial activity was determined that the value of the minimum inhibitory concentration against Staphylococcus aureus is 4 mg / mL and against Escherichia coli is 0,5 mg / mL
