Tracking graduated from the Faculty of Engineering and Computer Systems (FISI), it is important to know its location and insertion in the labor market, their continuing education (LU 30220 Art. 46), the link with the businesses and the contribution graduates can provide the power to improve its offer in the career. The proposal comes in the preparation of this practical work is aimed at developing a computer system to track graduates ofthe Faculty ofEngineering and Information Systems - UNAP. For the development ofthe Computer Monitoring System Grad RUP Methodology, UML notation, the programming language PHP Manager 5.3 and MySQL Database 5.3 was used The computer system allows the graduate to register and update from the web, their personal data, the activities in which they work, the degree of employability reached, the salary received, type ofwork (independent / dependent), the level of training received, consult job offers from third parties aimed at faculty, among others; Y ou can also answer the surveys proposed by the School Director. Also, allow the competent administrative staffs (School Address and Office of Academic Affairs College) analyze the information obtained and make decisions regarding the academic offerings of the faculty. Thus, it becomes possible to maintain power ratio - withdrawn and viceversa. To evaluate the computer system has been used SUS Scale (System Usability Scale), through standardized questions. The average result of72.5, which equals the overall level of satisfaction ofthe system into the dimensions ofusability and ease oflearning. The result is within the range of "Good", which means that user will find satisfaction in the use ofthe application, which adopted sorne improvements.
