This study aimed to explore general aspects of clinical and radiographic unit osseointegrated dental implants placed in patients treated in prívate practice in the city of !quitos placed between the years 2004-201 O. The method according to the nature of the object of study is quantitative, the type of: research was not experimental, transversal, descriptive and retrospective. The study sample consisted of 52 single implants placed in 35 patients, we first collected data from medica! records, then proceeded to locate and underwent clinical and radiographic evaluation. The instrument used was the data collection sheet on which indicators are used and validated. The results were as follows: The color and shape was normal in 49 implants (94.2%) and increased in 3 implants (5.8%), also found the presence of plaque and calculus in 4 implants (7.7%) was visible only solution revealing plaque, no peri-implant radiolucent areas was found, bone resorption was predominant with 49 coronal implants (94.2%) and average bone resorption 3 implants (5.8%) and no apical bone resorption. We observed that the total length for the most part was 11.5mm. in 28.8% (15 implants) and the overall diameter most often given was 3.75mm. in 56.9% (29 implants).
