This thesis is an Integrated Information System based on Web technology, exclusively for the College of Engineers of Peru - Loreto Departmental Council (IPC-CDL) with the aim of improving information management of the institution. The development of this thesis includes the following well-defined chapters: In Chapter I, reference to the problems encountered regarding the observed processes, history of similar systems and standards used in this type of system is the overall objective and specific poses respectively. Chapter II is structured so that the main software development methodologies that are currently displayed, and define the application of one of these to this thesis. In Chapter III, the context of CIP-CDL and the concept of information management described; order to begin the application development methodology selected software, which is called Metric v3. Further development of the methodology described processes being the main structure as follows: Planning Information Systems (PSI), Information Systems Development (ISD), Maintenance of Information Systems (MSI). Regarding the process of developing information systems to facilitate understanding and given its size and complexity has been subdivided into five processes: Feasibility Study System (EVS), Analysis Reporting System (ASI), System Design Information (DSI), Building Information System (ICS), Implementation and Acceptance System (IAS). This work with Chapters IV, V, VI, and VII, where the results are displayed, conclusions & recommendations bibliographical references and appendices ends respectively. By machining system the following results: - Before the implementation of the integrated system is 17.7% had total structured data and a 0.0% Total validated data being after implantation the percentage of structured data validated 100.0% and 100%; still significant improvement in structuring and data validation. - Sorting processes or operations to check the time taken in response to registered engineer before and after the implementation of the system, as result was obtained decrease the time: the process or operation enable state meet, (349 sec.) pay fine (447.8 sec.), make debt financing (580.8 sec.), Paying contribution (351.8 sec.) Refer academic event to be held (707.6 sec.). - Increased the number of referees to reach the dissemination of information to the institution after the implementation of the Integrated Information System. Before the implementation of the Integrated System was reached to 22 engineers and after the implementation of the Integrated System, reached 83 engineers. - To find your state's ability, before the implementation of the Integrated System had to go to the institution, the institution sent him some information, website and mobile application (80, 32, 0) respectively and after the implementation of the system Integrated (38, 35, 39) respectively, remain relevant after implantation decreased engineers attend the institution to learn about your state of ability, and increased access to the Web Portal and mobile app in 39 engineers.
