Was evaluated the lipid-lowering effect of the oil Plukenetiavolubilis L. “SachaInchi” and of the other oil Oleaeuropaea L. “Olive” by inducing of hyperlipidemic in male albino rats Holtzmann strain.The administration of Cholesterol chemically pure was performed orally for 15 days, after the capture of basal sample (Determination of blood lipids) in all groups.Were formed4 experimental groups of 10 animals per group.A positive control group (Atorvastatine 20mg/kg/pc), negative control group (water) and 2 groups of problem sample for the oils to 800 μl volume administered for 15 days. Was performed Assessment of biochemical parameters: Total Cholesterol and Triglycerides at basal, 15 days and 30 days of study to determine the lipid-lowering effect.The difference of the measures was compared with ANOVA. Was observed a decrease in total cholesterol to volume of 800 μl, in relation to oil Plukenetiavolubilis L., OleaeuropaeaL.,Atorvastatina 20mg/kg/pc (64.5%,52.2%,65.7% respectively). Besides was observed a decrease in triglycerides to volume of 800 μl oil in relation to Plukenetiavolubilis L., Oleaeuropaea L.,Atorvastatina 20mg/kg/pc (36.9%,34.7%, 61.4% respectively) being statistically significant.In experimental conditions, the oil of PlukenetiavolubilisL. And the other oil of Oleaeuropaea L. Decreases levels of total cholesterol and triglycerides in albino rats Holtzmann strain, giving a better result lipidlowering the oil of Plukenetiavolubilis L.
