The present study was carried out in facilities Petroperú through the Computer Services Unit, which is responsible for providing technological and computer infrastructure solutions, with the aim of overcoming the shortcomings of the process of exit and entry of materials authorizations, income of contractors and departure of personnel of the company (SISTEGRADO, initials in Spanish). The purpose of this was to determine if the implementation of a Information System based on Responsive Web Desing (RWD) technology, allows to reduce the deficiencies of the output of materials and personnel authorization processes, both the company and the contractor to facilities PETROPERU – Refinación Selva 2017. The independent variable was Petroperú information system and the dependent variable was the authorization process of entry and exit of personnel and materials to Petroperú facilities – Refinación Selva 2017. The investigation was non-experimental explanatory, quantitative and applied type. The design was with intervention not experimental and applied, depending on the objectives, questions and research hypotheses; with pre and post-test. To assess the SISTEGRADO improvement population was formed by all the times of this process in 2017; the sample was by convenience, times recorded from September to December. With a significance level of 0.05, it was concluded that the implementation of an information system based on Responsive Web Desing (RWD) technology, reduced the deficiencies of the output of materials and personnel authorization processes, both the company and the contractor to facilities PETROPERU – Refinación Selva 2017.
