Inteligencia emocional y satisfacción laboral en docentes de educación inicial Los Arbolitos, Iquitos 2021

Abstract

The general objective of the study was to analyze the relationship between Emotional Intelligence and Job satisfaction in the teachers of the Initial Educational Institution Los Arbolitos in the city of Iquitos; the type of non-experimental research with cross-sectional correlational design, with a population of 25 teachers and a sample for the study of 25 teachers, the Likert-type scale instrument was used for data collection. In conclusion, according to Kendall's Tau-b correlation = 0.614; p = 0.046 show a strong positive association between emotional intelligence and the satisfaction of the teachers of the initial education teachers of the Los Arbolitos educational institution. The level of emotional intelligence of the teachers of the initial educational institution Los Arbolitos; it presents an average of 92.0% and 8.0% in the low level and in the level of job satisfaction of teachers it is satisfactory with 76.0%; and 16.0% at the very Satisfied level and 6.5% at the low level.

El objetivo general del estudio fue analizar la relación entre la Inteligencia Emocional y la satisfacción Laboral en las docentes de la Institución educativa inicial los Arbolitos de la ciudad de Iquitos; el tipo de investigación no experimental con diseño correlacional del corte trasversal, con una población de 25 docentes y una muestra para el estudio de 25 docentes, para el recojo de datos se utilizó el instrumento, escala tipo Likert. Como conclusión, según la correlación de Tau-b de Kendall = 0,614; p = 0,046 muestran asociación positiva fuerte entre la inteligencia emocional con la satisfacción de las docentes de educación inicial de la institución educativa los Arbolitos. El Nivel de inteligencia emocional las docentes de la institución educativa inicial los Arbolitos; presenta un promedio al 92.0% y el 8.0% en el nivel bajo y en el nivel de satisfacción laboral de docentes es satisfactorio con un 76.0%; y 16.0% en el nivel muy Satisfecho y 6.5% en el nivel bajo.
