The objective of the research was to determine the relationship between psychological factors and predisposing behavior to bulimia in adolescents at the secondary school level of Our Lady of Fatima, Iquitos - 2015. The research method is Quantitative, non-experimental design, descriptive correlation. Taking as hypothesis: "There is a statistically significant relationship between Psychological factors and predisposing behavior to bulimia in students from 3rd to 5th high school of Our Lady of Fatima College, Iquitos - 2015". The target population was made up of 164 female students, enrolled during the year 2015 of the morning shift. The sample was 115 students. The sampling type was random random probabilistic simple. Instruments used in the data collection: The Self-esteem Test with a validity of 85% and reliability of 80.07%., Depression screening test with a validity of 85% and a reliability index of 75%, Anxiety Test with one Validity of 75.6% and reliability of 81.0%, Self-Concept Valuation Scale with a validity of 78.9% and reliability of 85.3% and Assessment Scale of Behavior predisposing to bulimia, with a range of validity and reliability from 96.1% to 97.7%. For the inferential analysis, the parametric Chi square test was used. With a level of significance of α <0.05 and confidence level of 95%. The main findings were: There is an association between depressive symptoms (p <0.00), anxiety (p <0.004), self-concept (p <0.005) and predisposing behavior to bulimia, which allows us to accept the specific hypothesis Number two, three and four. There was no statistically significant relationship between the self-esteem variable (p < 0.545) and predisposing behavior to bulimia, which did not allow us to accept the specific hypothesis number one.
