This retrospective descriptive study was carried out to 125 patients hospitalized in the III EsSalud hospital intensive care unit Iquitos for a period of six months. A list of matching applied to identify parameters of monitoring and diagnostics of nursing risk and actual frequently asked. The main objective was to determine factors associated with Diagnostics Nursing and establish correlation between parameters of monitoring and the Nursing diagnoses of hospitalized users. The results indicate the identification of 14 diagnoses of nursing which correspond to the seven domains, being the domains of activity / rest and Elimination and Exchange containing the majority of nursing diagnoses. The diagnostic real nurses more frequent were: decrease cardiac output, anxiety, Deficit of fluid volume, impaired gas exchange and ineffective health maintenance. The risk nursing diagnoses were: risk of complication r/c pathological process, risk of infection, risk of instability cardiac catheterization and aspiration hazard.
