Enfoques de gestión en la unidad de gestión educativa local - Requena 2018

Abstract

En la presente investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar el enfoque de gestión prevalente en la Unidad de Gestión Educativa Local Requena, Loreto 2018. La investigación fue sustantiva, de tipo exploratorio descriptivo, se tomó una población de 91 personas de la cual se obtuvo una muestra de 73 personas que visitan la Unidad de Gestión Educativa Local-Requena, a quienes se les aplicó un cuestionario de 15 preguntas. El estudio concluyo que, el enfoque de gestión prevalente en la Unidad de Gestión Educativa Local Requena, es el sistémico y aún mantiene en niveles altos, la presencia del enfoque burocrático. Asimismo, se determinó que el enfoque burocrático en la gestión de la UGEL de Requena, Loreto 2018, aún subsiste y es percibida como adecuada. Por otro lado, se logró analizar el enfoque sistémico en la gestión de la UGEL de Requena, Loreto 2018, es el que mayor prevalece y adecuado, esto debido a que se realizan buenas prácticas de gestión, existe integración entre las diferentes áreas. Finalmente se logra determinar que el enfoque gerencial es aplicado en un nivel mínimo en la gestión de la UGEL de Requena, Loreto 2018, esto debido a las falencias que se presentan como que pocas veces la planificación era la apropiada y que la dirección no realiza de manera adecuada el reclutamiento y selección de personal para las funciones administrativas.

The objective of this research was to determine the prevalent management approach in the Requena Local Educational Management Unit, Loreto 2018. The research was substantive, of a descriptive exploratory type, a population of 91 people was taken from which a sample of 73 people who visit the Local-Requena Educational Management Unit, to whom a questionnaire of 15 questions was applied. The study concluded that the prevalent management approach in the Requena Local Educational Management Unit is systemic and still maintains the presence of the bureaucratic approach at high levels. Likewise, it was determined that the bureaucratic approach in the management of the UGEL of Requena, Loreto 2018, still subsists and is perceived as adequate. On the other hand, it was possible to analyze the systemic approach in the management of the UGEL of Requena, Loreto 2018, is the most prevalent and appropriate, this due to the fact that good management practices are carried out, there is integration between the different areas. Finally, it is possible to determine that the managerial approach is applied at a minimum level in the management of the UGEL of Requena, Loreto 2018, this due to the shortcomings that are presented as rarely the planning was appropriate and that the management does not perform adequate way the recruitment and selection of personnel for administrative functions.
