The research work was developed in the facilities of the "Hortalizas" Project of the Faculty of Agronomy of the UNAP, District of San Juan Bautista of the National University of the Peruvian Amazon in which we provide a scope on the "Dose of ash of wood in the agronomic characteristics and yield of Lycopersicum esculentum Mill. "Tomato" Var. "Rio Grande", in Zungarococha-Loreto-2017. "The evaluations were carried out at 114 days, 22 days for transplanting and 92 days for harvest, the botanical seed was used, in experimental units of 2.5 m2 of area. Complete Random Design (D.B.C.A), with four treatments and four repetitions in study. The treatments were: T1 (30 t of chicken manure / ha), T2 (30 t of chicken manure / ha + 2 t wood ash / ha), T3 (30 t of chicken manure / ha + 3 t wood ash / ha) and T4 (30 t of poultry litter / ha + 4 t wood ash / ha), from the cultivation of Lycopersicum esculentum Mill. "tomato" Var. "Rio Grande", the collected data was able to demonstrate that the T4 treatment (30 t of chicken manure / ha + 4 t of wood ash / ha) presented the best agronomic characteristics and fruit yield (15,840 Kg / ha), Lycopersicon esculentum Mill "tomato", Var. "Rio Grande", than the other treatments under study, with the exception of the weight of fruit that was surpassed by T2 (30 t of chicken manure / ha + 2 t of wood ash / ha)
