Relación entre el respeto al debido proceso y la ejecución de la investigación preparatoria

Abstract

Determinar la relación entre el respeto al debido proceso y la ejecución de la investigación preparatoria. Material y métodos: Se aplicó un cuestionario estructurado de dos escalas a una muestra de 22 abogados, previa validez y una confiabilidad alfa de Cronbach de 0.80. El diseño fue no experimental. Para el análisis estadístico se empleó x2, con un p<0,05. Se observó: el resultado x2 = 12,56>3,84; p= 0,02<0,05. Conclusión: Existe relación estadísticamente significativa entre el respeto al Debido Proceso y la ejecución de la Investigación Preparatoria.
