This thesis aims to determine a geographical viewer as a tool for the improvement in the identification of the levels of ICTs of the indigenous peoples of the Peruvian Amazon, in the personnel of the regional organization of the indigenous peoples of the East - ORPIO, Loreto headquarters 2019. With this thesis we answer the following hypothesis: The Geographical Viewer as a tool for ORPIO staff - Loreto will improve the identification of the ICT levels of the indigenous peoples of the Peruvian Amazon 2019; The methodology for the development of the Geographical Viewer was the extreme programming or Extreme Programming (XP) and was of a technological type because it sought to solve a practical problem by implementing a computer system, with an application level because it seeks to improve the identification of the levels of ICTs of the villages indigenous people of the Peruvian Amazon, a systemic approach with a non-experimental design of a descriptive transectional type where information was collected in a single moment and in a single time; The population is made up of all ORPIO - Loreto personnel, from the Orpio Territorial Planning and Information Center area - CIPTO. with a sample of only four (4) workers (viewer users) After analyzing and obtaining the data applying the SUS methodology to determine the degree of satisfaction (usability) of the users, a score of 77.5 was obtained. Indicating that the viewfinder is at a "Good" usability level. Likewise, it was demonstrated that using this same methodology for the efficiency of the viewfinder, a score of 76.87 was obtained, demonstrating that the viewfinder is also at a “Good” efficiency level. Recommending to CIPTO workers that with the geographical viewer the assigned tasks on the identification of ICTs in the indigenous peoples of the Peruvian Amazon may be carried out.
