This research aims to describe the causal link of adverse drug reactions on spontaneous reporting of health facilities to DIREMID - Loreto (January-December 2014). The research is framed within the non-experimental approach, the descriptive and observational design. The population consists of patients attending a health facility and received any drug treatment, after presenting some kind of Adverse Drug Reaction and this reported in the period January being - December 2014, a total of 189 reports involving 258 suspected RAM evaluating causation, according to the algorithm Karch and Lasagna modified by Naranjo and Col., of these 12 notifications correspond to the page of antiretroviral drugs accounting for 6.35%, 21 notifications of reporting card in General Medicines were evaluated representing 11.11%, 46 records of notification TB drugs accounted 24, 34% of the total, the highest number of notifications relate assessed the notification forms to antimalarial drugs (110) being the 58.20% of the total. Besides drugs increased reporting rate were detected, according card: Antiretroviral (Zidovudine 7 notifications), Drugs in general (medroxyprogesterone acetate 7 notifications), Antitubercular (Rifampicin, 24 notifications) and antimalarials (chloroquine, 87 notifications).
