The main purpose of the investigation was to determine if the color of the plastic cover in the sub-irrigation chamber influences the growth of the grandfathers and the vegetative propagation process of Aloe vera “aloe,” grown under climatic conditions in the Loreto region. The type of research is classified as: Experimental, prospective, transversal, analytical and investigative level “explanatory” (cause - effect), in addition to being “controlled”, using the Completely Random Design (DCA), with 5 treatments and 10 replications. The population consisted of 150 experimental units, distributed in 05 treatments and 10 repetitions. A sample of 10 elementary units, randomly assigned by each of the sub-irrigation chambers, was taken. According to the results obtained from the statistical analysis according to the Fisher variance analysis and the Kruskal Wallis test, the plastic covers in a sub-irrigation chamber system, have effects on most of the characteristics, the red covers favored the total weight of the plant, followed by the transparent cover also determines the development of the root system and the growth of the leaves in the aloe plant; The variable that categorizes the performance of the plant is the total weight of the plant, which was obtained under the covers of the red and transparent color.
