The objective was to determine the association between knowledge and the perception of risk of getting sick with Zika in pregnant women attended at the Health Services Provider "Morona Cocha", Iquitos - 2017. The method used was the quantitative and the non-experimental design of Correlational and transversal type. The population was 200 pregnant women. The sample was 132 pregnant women assigned by non-probabilistic sampling for convenience. The technique was the interview. The instruments were: Zika knowledge questionnaire (91.93% validity and 89.00% reliability), and the Likert type scale on perception of the risk of getting sick with Zika. (Validity 83.64% and reliability of 81.6%). The data was analyzed with the SPSS 22.0 program. The inferential statistical test was the Chi Square (X2), with α = 0.05 and confidence level of 95%. Results: Of 100.0% (132) pregnant women 75.8% (100) have knowledge about Zika Not Adequate, while 24.2% (32) have knowledge about Zika Suitable; 77.3% (102) have low risk perception and 22.7% (30) have high risk perception of getting sick with Zika. Conclusion: X 2 = 27,029 with 1 degree of freedom (Gl), p = 0.000 (p <0.05), allowed to accept the proposed hypothesis: Pregnant women with knowledge about the right Zika disease will have risk perception of getting sick with high Zika, while Pregnant women with inadequate knowledge will have a perception of getting sick with low Zika.
