To keep controlled the environmental pollution of the ecosystem of the waters of the Mapa Cocha lake; actions were proposed to minimize it, through talks at educational centers and other organizations in the town of Santo Tomas. The objectives indicate to analyze Physics, Chemistry and Bacteriologically Lake Map Cocha and taking into account that its waters are Amazonian origin, oriented to aquatic tourism and recreational sport. Using the Qualitative-Descriptive-Non-experimental method, the analyzes were performed and the observations observed in situ and in the laboratory were described; defining concepts and variables. During the study, three stations were established, empty, growing and growing, developed in three stages: Pre-field, Field (in situ); and Poscampo. Three monitoring points were established: 1): Main port; 2): 500 m on the right side of the main port and 3): 500 m on the left side of the main port. Certain parameters, exceeding the Maximum Permissible Limits, such as pH, in all the stations studied and Nitrates in Creciente. In conclusion, according to the data reported, the Cocha Map Lake does not present contamination. The study is oriented to bodies of surface water, for activities of recreational nature and tourism and not for human consumption. So, the biomass, is immersed in a normal habitat of coexistence. With soft and Coliform waters, lower or lower than the LMP, acceptable in waters oriented to recreation and tourism; without affecting the habitat of aquatic species, flora and fauna, in this area of the Peruvian Amazon.
