This work was conducted between July and September 2010, aiming to determine the relationship between the abundance of parasitic larvae, post-larvae and fingerlings Colossoma macropomum and variations of environmental factors water in the CIQ - Research Institute Peruvian Amazon, analyzed 250 individuals, distributed in 50 larvae, 150 post-larvae and fry 50; the larvae were collected from the cylinder incubators conical 60 liter post-larvae concrete tanks 1.5 m long, 0.70 m wide and 0.76 m high and fingerlings pond land of 480 m2 of water surface. Larvae and post-larvae were sacrificed, using squash technique; sacrifice and necropsy of the fry was conducted under the technical standards Eiras et al. (2000), examining external structures as nostrils, eyes, skin, fins and gills and internal organs such as stomach, intestine, pyloric caeca, liver, spleen, gall bladder, swim bladder, kidney and muscle. To study the parasites sclerotic structures, the method for setting Malmberg (1957) was used. Monitoring of environmental factors such as water temperature, dissolved oxygen, pH, carbon dioxide, nitrite, alkalinity and hardness was held in the morning, coinciding with the collection and harvesting of fish. For statistical analysis, bivariate correlation test was used by the Pearson correlation coefficient. The parasitic fauna was recorded only at the stage of fingerlings and was represented by two Anacanthorus spatulatus parasites (Monogenea), with a prevalence of 42%, with a parasite abundance of 146 individuals; parasites found were as binding site gills, and under the Community status regarded as secondary species, registering an aggregate distribution pattern type; and Myxobolus sp. (Protozoa), reported a prevalence of 14%, a parasitic abundance of 490 individuals, with the place of fixation gills and pectoral fin, considered within the Community SATELLITE status as a species with a distribution pattern type added. The water analysis showed minor variations do not significantly influenced the presence of parasites. The correlation between the abundance of parasites (Anacanthorus spatulatus), with the water temperature and dissolved oxygen, recording a negative inverse relationship; whereas, pH, CO2, alkalinity and hardness, a positive correlation model fit; while the correlation between the abundance of parasites (Myxobolus sp.), with CO2 and alkalinity, fit a negative relationship, while the water temperature, dissolved oxygen, pH and hardness ratio is positive; statistical analysis showed significant differences with dissolved oxygen and case hardness to Monogenea, and Protozoa in case the temperature and pH at a level of significance of 0.05, likewise, the parasitic abundance shows a tendency to decrease in As fish the increase in size in both weight and length.
