The purpose of the present study was to establish the precision of conductometry with the Propex Pixi electronic apical locator in premolar teeth in vitro, 2020. The type of research was quantitative, the design was quasi-experimental, descriptive, comparative, cross-sectional. The sample consisted of 20 premolar teeth. The most outstanding results were: There were 02 coincidences in the conductimetry measurements; the differences ranged between 0.5mm and 1.5mm. In 17 teeth (85%) the difference is less than 0. 10% of the measurements coincide with the conductometry with Propex Pixi and Anatomical. Significant differences were found between the conductometries with Propex Pixi and anatomical (p = 0.000), therefore We conclude that conductometry with the electronic apical locator cannot be performed as a single option, but is very important and should always be taken into account as well, conventional conductometry. The most frequent length was 21 mm with 20%, followed by 20 mm and 22 mm with 15% each measurement. 20% presented a conductometry of 20 mm, 15% presented 18 mm in the conductometry of premolars with the Propex Pixi.
