This project is about the implementation of a Management System Funds and corresponding to SECEDO - UNAP (Unemployment Insurance Loans to Teachers of National University of the Peruvian Amazon), allowing to have a tool that facilitates the processes of managing funds in custody. The system allows to record, process and manage the operations and events related to your industry, strengthening the operation of SECEDO complying with the provisions of the Statute and Regulations. The developed system allows to manage the loan portfolio of the Personal Assistance Grant (APR), facilitates the management and control of accumulated unemployment insurance contributions and accumulated to Bag Retirement funds. Allows managing and administering the payment of aid for funerals, organizes data members as their economic status and generates real-time reports with information to stakeholders. The RUP Development Method was used with the UML Modeling Language. The development tools used were the Visual Studio and SQL Database Manager, thereby ensuring the integration of the suite of development manager database and support future development and system modifications. A usable system, evidenced by the survey instrument usability, SUS, obtaining a score of 83.10 which indicates the acceptability of the system was achieved. The process efficiency was evaluated by measuring the processing time, thereby enhancing its reduction in percentage between 55% and 95%. Improvement was achieved in the efficiency by reducing the error rate to zero.
