The forestry sector includes various activities and one of them is the sawing of wood. This is being regulated from the perspective of consumers in world markets so its shares registered in the politics of conservation, protection and sustainable use. Expected that this may lead to a better standard of living of the population. This activity explores the direct and indirect costs that make it possible to convert forest products in timber products. These costs are referred to the acquisition of raw in chunks, and its implementation in the process of sawing until its delivery customer at gate of plant (former work). It is necessary to study these markets to define which may occur from the Loreto region of Peru. This region needs sustainable productive sectors to revive its economy. Sustainability is understood as no predation of forests, not environmental pollution, and respect to the communities located in the areas where products are extracted. Offer prices that are movers products are defined. One of the strategies of price is referred to the cost plus a margin utility which varies depending on the business objectives and the limitations offered by the competition.
