Desarrollo e implantación del sistema web de gestión administrativa para el comedor universitario de la Universidad Nacional De La Amazonía Peruana 2018

Abstract

El presente estudio se realizó en las instalaciones del comedor universitario de la Universidad Nacional de la Amazonía Peruana, en el semestre académico 2018 – II, en el que se desarrolló un sistema web para los procesos administrativos de registro de pagos y control de asistencia de los comensales, para ello se realizó un análisis de los procesos administrativos a estudiar, el cual facilitó la programación e implantación del sistema web. La investigación fue de tipo cuantitativa, no experimental y aplicada. El diseño fue sin intervención no experimental y aplicada en función de los objetivos, pregunta e hipótesis de investigación, con pre y post test. Para determinar si existe una mejora estadísticamente significativa, se realizó la captura de datos antes y después de la implantación del sistema web, para luego realizar el procesamiento de datos, y realizar la prueba estadística Z. Para el levantamiento de información, se trabajó con una muestra de 132 comensales del semestre académico 2018-II. Al término del presente trabajo se obtuvo resultados favorables al hacer uso del sistema web, teniendo reducciones de tiempo en los procesos de: “Registro de pagos” que antes del uso del sistema se demoraba en promedio 3 minutos con 48 segundos y ahora con el uso del sistema toma en promedio 54 segundos; y el proceso de “Control de asistencia de los comensales” que antes del uso del sistema se demoraba en promedio 18 segundos y ahora con el uso del sistema toma en promedio 11 segundos.

The present study was carried out in the facilities of the university canteen of the “Universidad Nacional de la Amazonia Peruana”, in the academic semester 2018 - II, in which a web system was developed for the administrative processes of payment registration and attendance control of the diners, for this an analysis of the administrative processes to study was carried out, which facilitated the programming and implementation of the web system. The research was quantitative, non-experimental and applied. The design was with non-experimental intervention and applied according to the objectives, question and hypothesis of research, with pre and post test. To determine if there is a statistically significant improvement, data capture was carried out before the implementation of the web system and after the web system was implemented, to then perform the data processing, and perform the Z statistical test. For the gathering of information, we worked with a sample of 132 people from the 2018-II academic semester. At the end of the present work, favorable results were obtained when using the web system, having time reductions in the processes of: "Payment registration" that before using the system took an average of 3 minutes and 48 seconds and now with use the system takes an average of 54 seconds to complete; and the “Guest Attendance Control” process, which took an average of 18 seconds before using the system and now takes an average of 11 seconds with the use of the system.
