The purpose of this study was to identify the factors associated with post nursing diagnoses in patients undergoing general anesthesia are the Iquitos Support Hospital. 2015; there was no quantitative experimental design Descriptive, correlational, the population consisted of all patients operated on post surgical center, in a number of 50 patients; the sample consisted of 100% of the population; the technique used was the observation, collection instrument was a form of observation. To determine which factors, personal, the intraoperative and post operative are related to nursing diagnoses identified in patients in the sample, the bivariate correlation analysis was applied R Pearson, this coefficient summarizes the magnitude and direction of the association Factors and nursing diagnoses. The results were: Personal factors showed positive inverse or negative relationship with the nursing diagnosis Nausea are patients with arterial hypertension (rxy = - 0.354), history of previous surgeries factor the nursing diagnosis with acute pain (rxy = - 0.378). Intraoperative factors that showed significant association were: type of surgery was shown to have a direct or positive relationship with the nursing diagnoses: nausea (rxy = 0.409) and the risk of fluid volume imbalance (rxy = 0.458); the extent of surgery that have expressed direct or positive relationship only with the nursing diagnosis Hypothermia (rxy = 0.327); the type of anesthesia showed who have a direct or positive relationship with the nursing diagnoses: hypothermia (rxy = 0.700) and acute pain (rxy = 0.701). Some of the invasive procedures detailed reported having direct or positive relationship with some nursing diagnosis: invasive procedures TET (Endotracheal intubation) with Hypothermia nursing diagnosis (rxy = 0.312); Nausea (rxy = 0.365) and acute pain (rxy = 0.312); invasive procedure S.V. (Probe Bladder) only present relationship with the nursing diagnosis Risk of fluid volume imbalance (rxy = 0.535); invasive procedure S.N.G. (Nasogastric) showed inverse and negative relationship with the nursing diagnosis; impairment of gas exchange (rxy = - 0.344) and positively with the nursing diagnosis risk of fluid volume imbalance (rxy = 0.388); invasive procedure Dren Placement Pen Ross (DPR) have showed inverse and negative relationship with the deterioration of gas exchange (rxy = - 0.327) and direct and positive relationship with risk of fluid volume imbalance (rxy = 0.408) and finally with the invasive procedure Attaching the Tubular drain (D Tubular) I present only direct and positive relationship with the nursing diagnosis risk of fluid volume imbalance (rxy = 0.348).
