The purpose of the research was to compare the level of satisfaction according to sex in adult patients of the dentistry faculty of a public university in Iquitos-2018. The research was quantitative, not experimental, cross-correlational. The population was constituted by 85 adult individuals from 18 to more than 55 years old, assisted in the dental clinic. The instrument used is the Servqual. The most important results were:There is no relationship between sex and tangible elements (expectation p = 0.832, satisfaction p = 0.831).There is no relationship between sex and reliability (expectation p = 0.735, satisfaction p = 0.727).There is no relationship between sex and response capacity (expectation p = 0.709, satisfaction p = 0.437).There is no relationship between sex and safety (expectation p = 0.511, satisfaction p = 0.732).There is no relationship between sex and empathy (expectation p = 0.743, satisfaction p = 0.632). There is no relationship between age and the tangible elements (expectation p = 0.067, satisfaction p = 0.531).There is no relationship between age and reliability (expectation p = 0.178, satisfaction p = 0.984).There is no relationship between age and response capacity (expectation p = 0.908, satisfaction p = 0.672).There is no relationship between age and safety (expectation p = 0.488, satisfaction p = 0.834). There is no relationship between age and empathy (expectation p = 0.899, satisfaction p = 0.168).
