The present study aimed to determine the difference between normal values Powell analysis and measurements of soft tissue facial profile of women Loreto. The type of research was quantitative; its design was not experimental, descriptive, comparative study. The sample consisted of 40 women Loretanas between 17 to 25 years with harmonious facial profile. The instrument used in this study were: data collection sheet Facial Profile Analysis Powell. Among the key findings found the following: The parameters in the nasofrontal angle (137.6 °) and mentocervical (96.4 °) Loretanas Women are significantly different from the values of Powell. The parameters in oronasal angles (34.4°) and nasomental (127°) Loretanas women are similar to the values ofPowell. Most ofthe women tested, 80% (32) showed no advancement labial to the lineE, a lower percentage of 17.5% (7) had lower lip advancement to the lineE, also the 2.5% (1) presented upper and lower lip advancement to the lineE. Nasolabial parameter value (103.5 °) in Women Loretanas, is within the normal value ofthe parameter Powell. Most women Loretanas 55% (22) showed a convex profile, 42.5% (17) presented a straight profile and finally 2.5% (1) presented a concave profile. Also 40% ofwomen Loretanas require surgery and 40% surgical and orthodontic treatment only 5% and 15% Orthodontic requires none of the above treatments.
