The present Work of Investigation was developed in the Shop of Teaching and Investigation Garden Agrostologico, located in the Km. 5,800 of the highway Iquitos - Zungarococha, Saint John the Baptist District, County of Maynas, Department of Loreto to some 60 minutes of the city of Iquitos with the objective of determining if the court age influences in the Capture of Carbon and Efficiency fotosintética of the Coix lacryma-jobi in the founded of Zungarococha (Shop Garden Agrostologico), The population consisted of 480 plants, where 12 beds of 10m2 were used. The sample was 4 plants per bed for each evaluation according to m2. To meet the objectives set out in this research work, the Random Complete Blocks Design (DBCA) was used with statistical analysis of the test of normality and homogeneity of variance, reaching the conclusion: that the best treatment was T4 (cut-off at the 10th week), with values of 4.80% of photosynthetic efficiency and 3.40 t/ha of carbon or 0.34 g / m2, followed by T3 (cut at the 8th week) with values of 3.90% for efficiency and 3.0 t/ha of carbon, T2 (cut at the 6th week) with values of 3.50% efficiency and 2.90 t/ha of carbon and T1 (cut at the 5th week) with 2.70% photosynthetic efficiency and 2.30 t/ha of carbon, referring to the general hypothesis raised, this has been accepted.
