In this study, environmental factors and their influence on the growth of forest plants in the CIEFOR of the National University of the Peruvian Amazon were evaluate. The work was experimental and the DBCA statistical design with 4 repetitions and 5 treatments was applied, the population was made up of all the mahogany, cedar, marupá and screw seedlings installed in the CIEFOR. The results obtained were: The mahogany, cedar and marupá species and similar growth in initial diameter, with an average of 13,43 cm, 14,60 cm and 12,84 cm respectively; while the screw statistically had less growth with 7,9 cm. Regarding total height, the average was statistically similar in mahogany (72,95), marupá (81,17 cm) and screw (73,87 cm), but the greatest growth was observed in cedar (118,9 cm). on the other hand, the average of the diameter of the glass are statistically similar, the average of the mahogany (55,75 cm), marupá (56,28 cm) and screw (49,86 cm);while the diameter of the other species (80,65 cm). The correlation matrix in Table 06 shows that the environmental variables have no significant correlation with the growth in diameter in the cedar.
